Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.glickgirl.com website (the “Service”) operated by GlickGirl (“camp glick”, “camp”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By visiting Glickgirl.com and/or singing up your child to one of our programs, you agree to abide by all Glick rules and regulations as well as the below conditions.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT

• No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

• Parents will be responsible for any and all medical bills incurred during camp.

• The camp will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind in camp over the summer.

• I will not dispute any charges made to Glick Girl LLC. Once I sign up below I agree to the full payment processed.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I have read the Conditions of Enrollmentand I agree to abide by these policies. I hereby authorize Camp Glick to take my child off camp grounds to go on trips organized as part of the camping program. This includes swimming. In addition, my child may participate in any on or off ground activity organized by camp and I assume the inherent risk of camp activities and programs. I will hold Camp Glick harmless in the event of injury or property damage or loss as a result of such activities. I also agree to abide by all rules set forth from camp administration.

PHOTOGRAPHS

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I authorize any staff members to make medical decisions on behalf of my child in the case of emergency or if I cannot be reached. 

I will notify the directors immediately in the case of my child contracting Corona after attending Glick.
